Description:
1. Come hear about eNRG Kayaking's partnership with Team River Runner- a disabled military veteran program to use kayaking as a form of therapy for returning veterans. 2007 marked the second year that eNRG Kayaking organized a trip to Costa Rica for this group, and our participation more than doubled. Come watch a video, see photos from the trip, and hear first hand how it humbled the organizers.
2. Have you ever had an interest in traveling to the roof of the world? Listen about eNRG Kayaking's 2006 river adventure to the Himalayan country of China. We start with a 7 day "Last Descent of Yong Bao Gorge" on the Mekong River. Bare witness to gorges that will never be seen again. This entire stretch of river is now (in 2008) under 1,000 feet of water behind the highest dam in the world. Then follow Sam into the bowels of Victoria Falls in Zambia, Africa in search of the "Upper Minus Rapids." This 24 minute video is a heart stopping hair raising adventure of epic proportions. This video is sure to wet your appetite for whitewater adventure.
