Program Title:

Thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail during the winter

Description:
Together, Bryan Wolf and Joe White Thru-hiked the entire 2,175 miles of the AT during the fall and winter of 06-07.  It was Bryan’s first backpacking trip ever, and it lasted 170 days.  From Katahdin to Springer Mountain, their unique trip had only been accomplished by less than a dozen or so people.  Their stories and pictures are nothing short of inspiring.  Feel free to pull them aside after the presentation for any questions.

Biography:
Bryan Wolf, age 25, from Cincinnati.  If he isn’t working, he is road tripping across America, hiking, canoeing, or playing ultimate frisbee.  Otherwise, he is a bartender at night, and does custom tile work during the day.
Joe White, age 23, from Cincinnati.  When he is actually in town, he works for a family painting and wallpaper business.  Otherwise, he is working in Alaska with the Boy Scouts, road tripping, hiking, playing ultimate, or traveling to far away places.  Photography is just a hobby and so is writing, but hopefully, in time that will change.
